In the alleys of this typical old village in the south of France, between the sea and the mountains, walk through the doors of La Maison de Platane, and discover a unique place. Through small attentions and quality services, we will do everything to make you feel at home. Our house, which we have spent months renovating and decorating ourselves with all our hearts, will also be yours during your stay.
Please note that we are a child free B&B.
In the heart of the village, 1600m² of garden where stands a house from the end of the 14th century, a vestige of the old castle of Fayence. The place, used for the first time as a B&B, has been renovated and tastefully decorated. It is hard to believe that you are in the center of the village when you stroll through the garden, admiring the roses that frame the view of the bell tower – which has a superb 360° view over the whole valley – or in the shade of the huge plane tree which inspired us for the name of our B&B. A large swimming pool in emerald green tones adds even more magic to this relaxing oasis. As we are located in the village, you will have walking distance to many restaurants.

the house
The oldest part of our house dates from the 14th/15th century. The ground floor is a vestige of the Château de Fayence, which was dismantled in 1710. Besides, you can see the remains of the tower just across the street…
OUR ROOMS
We offer two rooms – “Lisa” and “Simonetta” – and an entire accommodation – “Le petit chalet” – each with a private entrance, tastefully decorated, with nice details and services that will guarantee you total comfort during your stay.

Our garden is 1600m², and the swimming pool measures 14×6 meters. It is very rare to find this kind of place in the heart of a village, which makes the Maison de Platane a truly exceptional place. What we particularly like here is the calm of the garden and the swimming pool area…
